Erin Flaherty went into business with the mission of work life balance for our clients and employees alike. With her first born daughter just 6 months old when she founded the company, she knew there was a way to find fulfilling work and also spend plenty of quality time with her family.
Our clients can outsource this very necessary piece, so that they can also grow their businesses and have time to nurture family and other interests outside of work. Today, we are a team of working professionals who are fulfilled by the work we do for the small business community, by providing insight into their financial positions.

Angela Smith
Client Specialist
Angie grew up in Prince Georges County, MD. She has lived on the Eastern Shore for 20 years. She has worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years. She truly enjoys problem-solving for clients and strives to resolve any task quickly and efficiently. She has 2 daughters as well as 2 furry daughters who she enjoys spending her spare time outdoors exploring the shore.
Stephanie Clark
Administrative Solutions Specialist
Stephanie grew up in High Point, North Carolina, and still lives there. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Psychology in May of 2020 from Regent University. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her golden retriever, Opal Mae, and also enjoys reading, watching movies, painting (by number), and shopping (Stephanie loves to find a great deal!). She also enjoys attending church each Sunday morning with her parents and brother.
Emily Miller
Staff Accountant
Emily grew up in Woodbine, Maryland, but has lived on the Eastern Shore ever since attending Washington College, where she received her Bachelor's degree. She also has a Master's degree in Accounting from UMUC. She has worked with bookkeeping, finance and data integrity in one way or another for the past 10 years. She is actively involved in animal rescue and serves on the board of directors for Animal Welfare League of Queen Anne's County.
Billie Walton
Bookkeeper
Billie grew up in Laurel, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor's degree at Catholic University and her Master's degree at The Maryland University of Integrative Health. She lives on Kent Island with her husband Mike and their three boys. During their free time, they love to be outdoors paddle boarding, going for walks or runs, and spending time at the local beaches as well as traveling to local museums. Billie has 20 years of experience and got her start in bookkeeping and accounting by working in the Accounts Payable department for her father's business.
Lisa Hauser

I am an Eastern Shore native from Chestertown. I moved to Queen Anne's County in 2006 with my 3 children. I started my bookkeeping career in 1999 with a large government contractor doing just the basics and throughout the past 23 years I have added payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable to my job skills. I absolutely love spending time with my family during holidays, birthdays and family vacations as well as gatherings with my close friends.
Jessica Anthony
Bookkeeper
Jessica grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and has lived there her whole life.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, thrifting, or playing the ukulele. She recently graduated from Chesapeake College with her Associate's degree in accounting and will graduate from the University of Maryland Global Campus in the fall of 2023 with her Bachelor's degree.
Jennifer Bever
Bookkeeper
Jennifer grew up in Eldersburg, Maryland and just recently moved to Fort Mill, South Carolina with her husband and 2 daughters. She also has a son who is currently serving in the Navy. She has over 23 years of accounting experience to include data entry management, processing payroll, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable and payable transactions. She has a certification in QuickBooks Pro. In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughter play soccer, hiking, and spending time with her family.
Stephanie Dresser
Bookkeeper
Stephanie grew up in Texas where she earned her Bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi and her Master's degree at Texas A&M Commerce. She lives in San Antonio, but has lived in Virginia and California during her husband's active military career. She has one daughter who she enjoys spending time with. She also loves to go for hikes, browse antique shops, and travel. She has already crossed off part of her bucket list of places like Greece, Japan, and London.
